Day of Event Coordinator
– Full day availability for day of rehearsal – available to do anything, ex: run last minute errands
– Full day/unlimited hours for the day of the wedding
– 2 to 3 in person meetings from now until the wedding
– Unlimited email, phone calls, and text messages from now until the wedding
– Confirmation with all vendors the week before the wedding
– Point person for vendors, venue and catering staff, including any payments and gratuitites
– Attendance at the rehearsal – work with bride, groom, officiant and other key participants to ensure everything goes smoothly
– Creation and distribution of folders for parents and bridal party with timeline, contact information, and other details that will be helpful in keeping everyone informed.
– Access to my Amy Joy Weddings Emergency Kit (so that you don’t have to purchase emergency items); I can add anything to it that would be requested.

Consultation
– Vendor meeting accompaniments, more detailed wedding planning, and site visits.
– Wedding budget development, based off of priorities meeting with the couple.
– Personalized wedding inspiration board as the basis for your event design
– Research and sharing of ideas that cover the elements of the event design
– Assistance with week-of errands and details

Consultation Pricing:
Vendor Selection – $200 per vendor plus hourly rate for communication with client and vendor.
